Shipping & Handling

All orders, both domestic and international, will be shipped from Japan using Japan Post. Postal costs for the time being will be at a flat rate cost.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your items to be sent after purchase.

​

Domestic packages will generally arrive within a few days, but please allow up to a week.

 

For International packages, please allow a minimum of 14 days for arrival after the sent date. As Air freight is still being impacted globally, your package may arrive later. Hopefully sooner.

 

Please refer below to Losses and Damages if your package has not arrived within 8 weeks of its sent date.

All items are packaged in a home with a cat, and though all care is taken for cleanliness, please be warned if you have any pet allergies. All items will be packaged in a bubble-wrap padded envelope. Extra packaging may be used when required.

Tracking

​If you have chosen tracked shipping, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been sent.

​

Customs & Taxes

​Shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer if their country requires customs and/or taxes to be paid.

Losses, Damages & Refunds

We take all due care and diligence to package your items so that they are sent to you safely. We cannot be held accountable for any loss or damages made to the package by postal services during transit. However, please contact me at neferko.art@gmail.com if you do have any issues with the arrival of your package.

 

We will only refund items sent by tracked mail if they do not arrive within a respectable time frame - after 8 weeks (whereas there is no obvious reason for a delay such as natural disaster, weather issues, postal staff grievances, global health issues etc.) and if proof of undelivered status through the tracking system can be made.

Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

Upon payment of purchase, all sales are final.

​

In order to make an exchange, you will have to cancel your order first and make a new order.

​

We can only accept cancellations if we have not yet sent your order. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If we receive your cancellation request before we send your order, we will refund you the full amount you paid. If your item(s) have already been mailed, then a cancellation and refund cannot be made.
